Orders are processed within seven (7) business days from payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or logistical issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Spain, limited to mainland (Peninsula) only.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address:

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at clientes@wishandhome.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

7. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at clientes@wishandhome.com within twelve (12) hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
